How soon can I get my products?
It usually takes 4-8 days from the time you pay until you (or your customer) receives the goods.
Order processing, warehouse pick-up and packing, and shipping: 1-3 business days for orders up to 50 pieces.
Current delivery times for different couriers:
DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT: 3-5 days for delivery.
EMS: 4-6 days for delivery.
Airmail: 3-10 days for delivery.

How will the goods be shipped to me from China?
We will ship the goods to you by air courier.
The choice of courier varies by country, but most countries currently have some or all of the following options: DHL, FedEx and UPS.
EMS and TNT are also available in some countries.
Small orders can also be shipped very cheaply by air mail. If your goods are not too heavy, this option will automatically appear in the checkout.
Ship with your own courier: For bulk orders, we can also arrange to place the goods at our warehouse for your own freight forwarder to collect, or we can provide preferential shipping rates for bulk air or sea shipments.
Receiving your goods
We guarantee that your order will be delivered successfully.
The courier requires the recipient's signature for delivery, which is a fast and secure way to deliver.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a valid delivery phone number. If you are shipping directly, this means your customer's phone number.
Air Express
Once dispatched from FARSLIM warehouse in Guangzhou, China, the goods are shipped to Hong Kong or Guangzhou airport and then to your nearest major logistics center. From there, the goods are delivered by the courier's local service.
Import/Customs:
Customs clearance documents and procedures are handled by the courier. In some cases, they may need to contact you to confirm the details of the shipment. In any case where additional documents are required for customs clearance, FARSLIM will fully assist you. Any local sales tax or import tax will be calculated when your goods enter your country: in most cases there is no charge, but if required, you will only receive a small surcharge bill when you receive the product.
How much is the shipping cost?
We calculate based on the actual kilogram weight of the goods or the dimensions of the goods plus the delivery location.
All orders must be paid in full in advance, including shipping costs.
If the goods are confirmed to be lost, stolen or damaged before receipt, we will work directly with the courier to obtain information and arrange a refund or re-shipment at no additional cost to you.
Worldwide Shipping and Legality
We offer global shipping services, covering almost all regions of the world.
Please note that it is your responsibility to find out in advance the legality of importing the ordered goods into your country - and the legality policy of importing goods into your country, and we are not responsible for items confiscated by local authorities or any associated costs.
Customs clearance is carried out by the courier in the delivery destination country (and in some cases, in transit countries). You must always be available to contact them if there are any questions or customs clearance confirmations. It is your responsibility to understand the regulations of the delivery country before placing an order.

NOTE
In most countries, importing is a breeze! You may have to pay your own country's VAT (i.e. sales tax) and sometimes variable import taxes when the item arrives, but in most cases, the parcels/cartons shipped by the courier from China arrive safely and without problems!
Read the item description carefully! We will ship it for you. While we assist you by manually checking all orders to screen for possible regional/compatibility inconsistencies, we do not accept returns on health products that you have ordered in error.
Delivery time: If there is a possible delay due to the warehouse being out of stock, we’ll contact you by email to discuss sending out your order in separate shipments, changing products, or other options. Larger orders that exceed our stock may take up to 1 week longer to send out, as we have to ship from the factory. In such cases we will contact you about any delay. In certain cases, e.g. the first time you try to drop-ship to a different address than your own, we have to complete a verification check with you before processing your order, which can add 1-3 days to the processing time.
